Strength & Conditioning Clinic Info and Permission Form

Strength and Conditioning Clinic registration is open through the Aspen parent portal!  Additionally all participants will need to read and sign the strength and conditioning parent permission form found here by clicking the following link:

The camp will run for four weeks and be held on Mondays (7am football,  8am Cheer, GVB, XC, Golf, 9am FH, SOC), Tuesdays (4:30pm, FH, SOC,  5:30pm Cheer, GVB, XC, Golf, 6:30pm football) and Thursdays (4:30pm FH, SOC, 5:30pm Cheer, GVB, XC, Golf, 6:30pm football) beginning on Monday 8/3/20.  The clinic is free to all current Norwood High School students, including incoming 9th graders.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED THROUGH ASPEN AND HAVE COMPLETED THE FORM LINKED ABOVE BEFORE THEY CAN PARTICIPATE.

Fall Sports Information 2020

Fall sports registration is available through the Aspen parent portal.  Only a parent/guardian Aspen log in will be accepted for athletic registration.  Please see the registration instructions in the left hand column or email npsaspensupport@norwood.k12.ma.us with support questions.

The user fee in the amount of $200 is due prior to the first contest of the season.  Checks should be made out to: The Town of Norwood and mailed to Norwood High School, 245 Nichols Street, Norwood, MA 02062, Att:  Athletics.

All students that are planning on participating during the fall season will need an updated physical.  Please email a current physical to: athletics@norwood.k12.ma.us or mail a copy to: Norwood High School, 245 Nichols Street, Norwood, MA 02062, Att: Athletics.
