Spring sports information meetings will be held on Tuesday 3/3/20: The athletic department will be hosting sports sports information meetings beginning at 2:30pm in the auditorium on Tuesday 3/3. All students that are interested in a spring sport are required to attend. The athletic director will review rules and regulations followed by individual team sign up meetings hosted by spring sports head coaches. Spring sports begin on Monday 3/16/20.
Spring sports online registration is open!!!: Please access spring sports registration through the aspen parent portal. An aspen parent user name and password are required. Registration instructions can be found in the left hand column. For help accessing an aspen account please email npsaspensupport@norwood.k12.ma.us SPRING REGISTRATION IS DUE!!!
User fee: The user fee is $200 per student each season. The family cap is $800 for the school year. Please include a check with the students name and spring sport on the memo line of the check. Please make checks out to: The Town of Norwood.
Updated physical: All physicals must be updated with the athletic department every 13 months. Physicals must be updated throughout each season of participation. If the physical on file with the athletic department is not up to date the student will not be eligible to participate in practice or game competition.

Winter sports awards night Monday 3/9/20: The NHS athletic booster club will host the winter sports awards night on Monday 3/9/20. The evening will begin at 6pm with refreshments for students and coaches in the dining hall followed by the awards program at 6:30pm in the auditorium. Parents are encouraged to attend the awards program at 6:30pm.
